At Anse Chastanet Resort St.Lucia, guests can choose from a variety of rate options. When booking a daily rate, it is possible to book a room only, or add a breakfast and dinner plan (MAP), an all meals plan (FAP) or an all inclusive plan (AI). These meal plans are optional with the exception of the travel period Dec 20 - Jan 3, when the room rate is based on the breakfast and dinner plan as the minimum plan.

Here at Anse Chastanet, we have carefully designed a variety of packages for our Honeymooners, Scuba Divers, Spa Enthusiasts, and for all those wishing to simply escape. Please also take a look at our special promotions.

Some packages are available without meals or with an optional meal plan, other packages feature all meals, and the Total Romance Package has All Inclusive features.

Room and Meal Plan Rates are subject to a 10% VAT (Value Added Tax) and 10% service charge. VAT is set by the Government of Saint Lucia and is subject to change without notice.

Dec 22 – Jan 2 minimum meal plan is MAP (Breakfast and Dinner). The MAP supplement is already included in above rates for Dec 22 – Jan 2. Extra Person is US$ 190 plus 10% service charge and 10% Tax. Child rate (age 10-15) is US 110 plus 10% service charge and 10% Tax.

Jan 3 – Dec 19 MAP (breakfast and dinner) is available at US 90 per person per day plus 10% service charge and 10% tax. Extra person is US$ 100 per day plus 10% service charge and 10% tax. No children under 10 years can be accommodated, except for July/August/September when minimum age is 6. Child rate sharing with 1 or 2 adults is US$ 60 EP (no meals) per day plus 10% service charge and 10% tax. MAP for children, is US 50 per child per day, plus 10% service charge and 10% tax.

Meal Plan Options:

The Breakfast and Dinner Plan (MAP) is available at US 90 per person per day plus 10% VAT (Value Added Tax) and 10% service charge. The All Meals Plan (FAP) is US 125 per person per day plus 10% VAT and 10% service charge. The All Inclusive Plan (AI) is US 170 per person per day plus 10% VAT and 10% service charge.

Children:

The minimum age for children is 10 years year round and reduced to 6 years for the months July, August & September. Charges for children, ages 6 - 15, sharing room with 1 or 2 adults: US 60 for each child, EP (no meals) plus 10% VAT (Value Added Tax) and 10% service charge.

Meal plans for Children:

The Breakfast and Dinner Plan (MAP) for children 6–15, is US 50 per child per day, plus 10% VAT and 10% service charge. The All Meals Plan (FAP) for children 6–15, is US 65 per child per day, plus 10% VAT and 10% service charge. The All Inclusive Plan (AI) for children 6–15, is US 85 per child per day, plus 10% VAT and 10% service charge.

Extra Persons:

An extra person in room is US 100 plus 10% VAT (Value Added Tax) and 10% service charge in all categories. From Dec 20 – Jan 2, the extra person charge is US 190 plus 10% VAT and 10% service charge as it includes breakfast and dinner.

MAKING A RESERVATION - DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

A reservation based on our daily rates must be secured by a three-night deposit and the remainder is charged at check-in. Weekly packages (e.g. TROPICAL TRANQUILITY, TOTAL ROMANCE, SCUBA/ADVENTURE PACKAGE) as well as special promotional offers (e.g. SAINT LUCIA GETAWAY, DELIGHT PACKAGE) require an initial 50% deposit upon reservation confirmation with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Special Conditions apply for the Christmas & New Year Season. After initial deposit, full prepayment must be received for all reservations 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Deposits can be made either by credit card (AMEX, Visa, Master card) or by cheque. Credit card deposits via telephone must be accompanied by a formal authorization letter via fax to 758-459-7700 or mail stating credit card no, expiry date, credit card holder's name and signature. We are forwarding the suggested form of the authorization letter below. Alternatively, contact 800-223-1108 with your credit card details. From the UK, call 0800-141-2859. If your deposit is made by cheque, please make cheque out to ANSE CHASTANET HOTEL and mail to Ralph Locke Islands, 5801 Willis Avenue, Sherman Oaks, CA 91411-3112 and refer to the dates of your reservation. Cheque payment is possible only if cheque reaches the CA office 4 weeks prior to arrival in all instances.

CANCELLATION/SHORT STAYS

Please take note of our cancellation and reservation amendment policy:
Cancellation or amendment of reservations are subject to a 3 nights’ cancellation fee if notification is not received 21 days prior to arrival for reservations Jan 3 – Dec 19. Christmas/New Year (Dec 20 – Jan 2) reservations are subject to a 3 nights’ cancellation fee if notification is not received 65 days prior to arrival. Christmas/New Year reservations are non-refundable if cancelled or amended within 3 weeks of arrival. A minimum 3-night fee per reserved week applies for short stays. No refund for no shows at any time. We suggest that travel insurance is taken. Credit Refunds due to reservation cancellation are subject to a 5% processing fee. Group Reservations and Cancellations terms differ.
